Process: How It Works
To start the process, simply give me a call to discuss your resume or email your resume for a free critique/assessment and price quote. Preferably, call my office to book an appointment for a no obligation in-person resume consultation. After our discussion, I will identify the best strategy for development of a compelling resume that effectively articulate your career experience and value proposition to potential employers, and provide you with an exact fee and time-frame for completion—should you decide to utilize my writing expertise. If you decide to partner with me in creating your resume, steps are as follow:
Resume Writing: Consultation Process
- A more thorough discussion of your experience, skills, education, accomplishments, etc. to identify relevant, marketable skill-sets in alignment with employer hiring needs and your job/industry target
- Your resume will be completed for your review in 3-5 days, unless an alternative date is specify
- A 2-day turnaround time can be accommodated, call to find out
- A date, time and appointment is booked for you to review and finalize your resume at the office
- For global clients (U.S., Europe, The Middle East, Asia, Australia, Africa), your resume is sent to you via email for your review
- A phone appointment is booked for a review discussion with you
Resume Writing: Review Process
- The review process is important to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your resume, cover letter(s) or any other personal marketing documents
- After you have had the time to review your resume and cover letter, I will review and discuss your feedback, provide guidance on any modifications you require and make the appropriate changes to ensure that your final resume is effective
- After your final approval, your resume is delivered to you in-person or via email
Resume Writing: Payment Process
- Payment Methods: Interac e-Transfer (email transfer), Interac Debit, Visa, MasterCard and Paypal
- A 50% deposit is required before any work begins on your resume or any other career service
- For local clients, the balance of payment is due after your review and approval or your resume at the Office
- For global clients, the balance of payment is due before the resume is sent to you via email for your review; there is no additional cost for any changes/modifications to the existing draft resume
- For any resume writing service provided via email/phone, full payment is required before the resume/ document is emailed to you for your review
- Once the resume or any work is emailed to the client; there is no refund. However, there is no additional charge for follow-up discussions or changes to the existing resume to ensure your complete satisfaction
- My commitment is to work with you, one-on-one to ensure that you are completely impressed and satisfied with your resume
